About Me

I am a Melbourne-based photographer who is fascinated by people and their personalities. Taking photos of landscapes or objects doesn’t really interest me, but give me a person with an interesting face and a way to control the lighting, and I will be entertained for hours.

I occasionally do paid photography work, but generally say no to other people’s projects unless they look fun. Taking time off from my regular job to do a paid photoshoot for someone else is a bit of a pay cut. I think that, in general, photography is a fun hobby, but an awful job.

Why “twopotscreamer”?

Twopotscreamer is easy to spell, easy to remember, not too serious, and idiosyncratically “Melbourne”; besides, there is already an Australian photographer with the same name as me (he does amazing wedding photography), so using my real name might have been a bit confusing.

If you have a proposal for a shoot, feel free to contact me. While I prefer to work on my own creative projects, I am open to ideas that sound interesting or fun.
